Amuse Bouche: Chocolate Covered Strawberry

First Course: Rainbow Panzanella salad

A fresh chilled salad made of beets, acorn squash, orange and grapefruit segments, mint, scallions, croutons, blue cheese and pomegranate seeds. Tossed in a red wine tahini vinaigrette.

Second Course: Wood Plank Roasted Stuffed Salmon

King Salmon stuffed with Dungeness crab, Bay shrimp and melted Brie cheese. Topped with a pomegranate rose beurre blanc, and served with steamed broccolini and a harvest quinoa.

Dessert Course: Crème Brûlée

A selection of three miniature Crème brûlée cups. Lemon, Pomegranate, Chamomile and Café Mocha.
